We’re looking for a friendly, proactive Campaign and Communications Specialist to join our small, but impactful Marketing team, on a 12‑month fixed‑term maternity cover contract. This is a full‑time, Cambridge‑based role, working a minimum of three days a week at CDP HQ, our brand-new contemporary office based at Bourn Quarter, just outside of Cambridge.
You’ll be part of a close-knit marketing team where collaboration and communication are key. You’ll shape and deliver content-led campaigns that support our sectors and help drive the sales funnel. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Markets, Sales Enablement, and Sales Operations, bringing structure, clarity, and creativity to a busy and varied workload.
The team deliver multi-channel campaigns; your role will include managing our LinkedIn presence, delivering emails via HubSpot, and help to ensure our marketing operations run smoothly. It’s a hands‑on role with plenty of ownership, and an opportunity to help turn ideas into activity that makes a measurable impact.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Campaign Management
- Plan, build, and deliver content-led marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team and sector teams.
- Manage campaign workflows, ensuring activity is launched on time and to a high standard.
- Report clearly and honestly on campaign performance, sharing insights with sectors to support continuous improvement shaped by evidence-based reporting.
- Deliver Healthcare marketing assets and campaigns through relevant channels
Email Marketing
- Plan, build, and execute email campaigns end‑to‑end, to include scheduling, testing, sending, and post‑campaign review.
- Track performance metrics and share meaningful results with sector teams.
- Manage contact lists, exclusions, unsubscribes, and bounces in HubSpot accurately and responsibly.
Digital: LinkedIn
- Own the social media content calendar for CDP, including scheduling social media posts using multiple formats and highlighting all areas of the business aligned to the strategy and content pillars.
- Work with sector and capability leads to create content that reflects our brand and purpose.
- Support content creation, photography, asset uploads, and updates across key channels.
- Support Markets and Services with best practice in social media (LinkedIn) execution.
Marketing Operations
- Own the marketing calendar, ensuring it stays accurate, achievable, and up to date.
- Support sectors with conferences and events that they sponsor, including event logistics, pre- and post-communication plans, and ensuring campaign leads are collected and reported upon.
- Use WordPress to make edits and updates to the company website, including migrating all Healthcare Insights/content to the new website with SEO optimisation to drive US ranking.
- Work alongside designated agencies, designers, and external partners to ensure marketing activity is briefed and delivered as expected and on time.
- Create purchase orders and track spend/order materials and keep track of subscriptions as required.
- Contribute to and analyse performance reporting, including monthly and quarterly meetings with internal stakeholders.
