About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Leadership Team of a growing innovation and product development consultancy. We’re looking for an experienced business leader, with drive and ambition to head our Consumer Sector and take it to the next level. You will shape our service offerings to address the evolving needs of our clients, and your teams will deliver exciting and innovative projects with excellent technical outcomes. You will define and execute the commercial strategy and develop new capabilities to capitalise on market opportunities.

About You

You will be a highly experienced commercial leader in the Technology Consulting space, understanding the complex nature of consultative selling, matrix stakeholders, and multi-disciplinary R&D projects.

You will bring deep market knowledge of the Consumer market and have built up strong relationships with key target clients. This is a commercial role so you will be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering commercial targets of £6m+ per annum.

And you will have excellent people management skills to lead and motivate a team of highly skilled technology consultants.

  • Forecasting and budget
  • Sales team management
  • Excellent sales presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Expertise in CRM and forecasting tools
  • Collaborative attitude able to compromise for wider business benefit
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment
