The busy finance team at Cambridge Design Partnership are looking for an ambitious and driven Management Accountant to join our team. Cambridge Design Partnership have a track record of investing in people and can offer an excellent opportunity for the right individual to develop their skills.

As a Management Accountant your role will be pivotal within the Finance Team and you will have responsibility for all aspects of financial reporting and control to deliver timely and reliable reporting for key Stakeholders across the business. You will be responsible for timely delivery of monthly Management Accounts package and managing all the inputs into the ledgers, including consolidating across 3 legal entities and multi-currency accounts. The role also requires advanced system knowledge and skills with handling databases and large amounts of data across different sources.
About You
You will need to demonstrate great communication skills as you will be dealing with a wide range of global stakeholders, both internally and externally, and deliver your message in a clear and constructive manner. The ability to collaborate effectively with others, act with integrity, prioritise well and work as part of a team is key to this role.

  • CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience. 
  • Ownership: Accountable, pragmatic, analyse information, be decisive and lead the way
  • Innovative: Work with pace and agility, generate new ideas, creative, enjoy finding new ways of working and problem solving, entrepreneurial and seek out new opportunities
  • Advanced Excel skills 
  • Power BI nice to have
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise work 
  • Experience of an ERP system an advantage
  • Demonstrate an enthusiastic and professional approach.
  • Nice to have: Professional Services Experience
  • A co-operative approach to your work and offering support to other colleagues within the business
