About The Role
As a People Experience Lead you will work closely with team members and company leadership to develop excellent people solutions, including the facilitation of activities and programmes to enable a high-performing and engaging culture. 

You will also be responsible for completing a variety of tasks to lead and support the daily operations of the People Team, including budget management.

• Work closely with the Head of People Experience, Leadership Team and team members to help develop local and company-wide People Plans that are fit for purpose and contribute towards the overall success of CDP. 
• Advise proactively on any updates to Employment laws and HR/People Experience Best Practice, and identify, recommend, develop and implement updates to policy, process, procedures, or principles where required. 
• Facilitate individual or group meetings to develop, onboard and engage new hires or existing employees, facilitate exit interviews, explain relevant compensation / benefit programs, etc
• Working with other team members, drive an effective hiring and onboarding process and experience for new employees 
• Lead and drive initiatives and programs and provide service in the following disciplines: employment processing, organisational design, organisational change, performance management, employee development and training, compensation, health and wellbeing benefits, records management, health and safety, succession planning, employee relations and retention.
• Ensure that day-to-day operational administration and support for the People Team function is effectively and accurately maintained. 
• Serve as primary contact for Employee Owners, Coaches and Leaders to address people issues, questions, and concerns while maintaining good working relationships 
• Ensure timely and accurate submission and analysis of information to ‘People’ functional areas and systems including, but not limited to new hires, absence, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
About You
• A minimum of CIPD Level 5 
• Demonstrable HR/People Experience is required, including team management
• Extensive experience, including onboarding, offers and contracts, compliance, and acting as first point of contact regarding queries of a HR/People Experience nature
• An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities
• High attention to detail
• The ability to manage, organise and co-ordinate own workload
• The ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels 
• Proactive enthusiastic attitude and commitment
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline (desirable)
• Previous experience of HRIS implementation/roll out and reporting (desirable).
