We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and commercially-minded professional to lead our marketing activity and our marketing team in a hands-on role. You will report to the Sales Director and work closely with the sales and capability teams to create compelling sales collateral and be responsible for developing and implementing CDP’s broader marketing strategy.

Job responsibilities:
  • Define and deliver our marketing strategy.
  • Working closely with the sales teams across our three sectors and our capability leaders, develop specialist marketing initiatives to support their activity.
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of our marketing team, plan their forward workload and ensure timely delivery, as well as coordinate with your internal clients.
  • Set and manage the marketing budget and report marketing KPIs to the Sales Director monthly. This will include analysis of the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and their return on investment as well as progress with the forward workload.
  • Manage the delivery of major collateral projects that support the sales teams.
  • Direct our brand and create increasing brand awareness through conventional PR, events and through our digital channels.
  • Direct our busy conference program, lively Innovation-insights and Innovation-seminars digital channels, website and other social media platforms.
  • Together with our US based management team you will develop and deliver marketing campaigns to support our rapidly expanding US operation.
  • Maintain a close watch on competitors and other benchmark organisations to ensure our marketing activity is state of the art!
