About The Role
We are looking for a Graduate Software Engineer to join our team after graduating in 2023.
 
As a Software graduate at CDP, you will work across multidisciplinary teams, with opportunities to get hands-on experience in the labs, alongside workshops with design, mechanical, electronics and human factors teams. CDP has a wide range of clients using a huge range of different technologies in projects, spanning the Medical, Consumer, and Industrial sectors. Project diversity from Embedded to the Cloud ensures that there will always be engaging new opportunities to gain experience and get involved. 

When working on projects at CDP, you will have opportunities to be involved in the entire life cycle of a project, from developing code and prototyping to testing and verification against formal standards.

A mentor will listen to your passions and enthusiasm to offer guidance and training to support achieving your goals. CDP values your unique interests, which can be applied to innovative projects and share your knowledge.

This role will be based in our Cambridge office and will commence during summer/autumn 2023.  

About You
 
Studying Computer Science or a degree with an equivalent emphasis on software and on track to receive a 2.1 or 1st
Demonstrable interest in software and an enthusiasm for technology
Can show that you have enthusiasm for picking up and a drive to learn new programming languages, methodologies and tools 
Self-motivated with a passion for delivering value through software while exploring and evaluating the best languages, technologies, and tools for the job
A fast learner, comfortable with learning on-the-job and handling continuous change as projects evolve
Strong communicator able to interact well with both internal teams and clients alike
Willing and able to adapt your working style to the unique needs of each and every project
 
Please ensure that you have included your A-level grades (or equivalent) on your CV and where applicable your University predicted grade for 2023.
