About The Role
Due to rapid growth, we are looking for an experienced and skilled HR Administrator to join our thriving company initially on a temporary basis for 6 months. Working in a busy and fast paced environment helping to deliver various projects within this team. You will be a pivotal member of the team with an excellent attention to detail, conscientious of confidentiality and have effective communication skills at all levels. We are happy to discuss reduced part time hours for this role over a 5-day week.
  • Assisting in maintaining and preparing information on existing and new HR Systems
  • Preparing for new starters; assembling induction packs, scheduling induction meetings
  • Assisting in ad-hoc HR projects e.g. transferring from paper to electronic files
  • Update employee staff list
  • Any other HR and Recruitment related tasks

 
About You
You will have:
  • Experience in an HR administration role is essential
  • Previously dealt with confidential data/information whilst complying with data protection and GDPR guidelines
  • Generalist understanding of employment law
  • Pleasant and professional manner as well as being an effective communicator at all levels both written and verbally
  • Accurate computer literacy skills using Microsoft e.g. Outlook, Access, Word
  • Ability to take on administrative tasks effectively and efficiently
  • Methodical approach with excellent organisation skills
