About The Role
We are looking for a Resource Coordinator to work with our project and capability teams to optimise our operational efficiency. CDP operates a wide variety of projects spanning a number of different sectors and requiring multiple capabilities to deliver them. As the Resource Coordinator, your role will be to correctly match resource to new projects as well as supporting our future sales opportunity pipeline. In addition, you will work with the Contractors Manager and Operations Manager to ensure that resources needs are met. To be successful in this role you will need to be able to determine resource requirements based on strategic and tactical inputs, be able to develop an excellent understanding of our capabilities and our Employee Owner’s experience levels and operational strengths, be able to coordinate and communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders and effectively problem solve. 
 
This role requires high levels of attention to detail and the ability to keep track of multiple activities and skills. You will be needed to work closely with the Operations team to assist over busy times and cover tasks when needed. You will need to be flexible in your approach in order to deal with changes in priority.
About You
  • Methodical and good organiser with a proactive approach
  • Ability to prioritise a diverse workload whilst multi-tasking
  • Previous experience managing resources, ideally with a technology background
  • Advance levels of Microsoft Office and experience of business systems software
  • Good negotiation skills and a good communicator
  • Remain calm and quality conscious when under pressure
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
  • Resilient, reliable, and dependable
  • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations
  • Degree educated in Business, Mathematics, Engineering or Science would be advantageous
  • Experience in product development and/or engineering of consumer and medical devices would be an advantage
  • Previous experience of working within quality management systems, ideally ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 
  • Good interpersonal skills
