Founded over 22 years ago in Cambridge, UK, we have clients all over the world and, while healthcare innovation remains our largest sector, projects range from cookware to complex digital systems.

Specialising in healthcare, consumer, and digital innovation, our solutions start at the point a business decides upon the need for innovation and finishes with the launch of a breakthrough new product that is customer-focused and commercially effective.
About You
  • Highly creative and highly technical in many of the following areas: control theory, power supplies, analogue design, high speed digital design, firmware development
  • Proven conceptual and problem-solving capability - able to identify opportunities and communicate concepts 
  • Highly confident at presenting ideas and results in a compelling way
  • BS in Electrical Engineering - minimum GPA of 3.4, preferably 3.6 or higher is required for this position; a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering is a plus
  • Ability to lead projects, taking responsibility for team member activities to ensure quality delivery in the right timescales
  • Commercial awareness in one of the following environments: technical / design consultancy; technology start-up; new product development/ engineering department 
  • Strong drive to develop further technical, project leadership, and business development skills
  • Interest in working closely with clients in both selling and managing projects
  • Bright, conscientious and creative
