About The Role
Cambridge Design Partnership continues to grow and to enable this we are hiring an Internal Recruiter to source experienced candidates for key technical roles. You will have ownership, with support from our experienced team, of the end-to-end recruitment pipeline. The role will see you partner with hiring managers and focus on specific disciplines to fill current positions and help build talent pipelines for the future. You will need to have excellent knowledge of the consultancy market and a proven track record of recruiting for technical positions, gained from experience either at an agency or in-house position. We want to be sure that candidates and hiring managers receive a positive and consistent experience throughout the recruitment process.

This position will start as a remote role and change to a hybrid position once we move to our exciting new research and development facility.
About You
Demonstrable experience of recruiting for experienced and senior roles in the technology, consultancy or life science markets
Extensive experience of direct sourcing of candidates, utilising various platforms including LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases and job boards to drive down recruitment costs 
Confidence to meet and interview candidates, selling the opportunity whilst maintaining a professional and friendly approach
Managing high-volume recruitment, prioritising tasks, dealing with conflicting requests and working with a sense of urgency
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Natural flair and creative ability to compose compelling and inspiring job adverts to promote the Company’s reputation as a great place to work
Ability to screen applications against criteria and qualify candidate motivations
Organised with great administration skills, able to schedule interviews, co-ordinate diaries and maintain accurate records of recruitment activity on our ATS
Understanding the importance of our employee value proposition (EVP) and its benefits in attracting passive candidates
Diligent and methodical approach, working within the GDPR guidelines, a clear 
knowledge and understanding of recruitment compliance and legislation
