About The Role
This is an exciting period of growth for the company, and we are looking for a Quality Management System Specialist who is pro-active and willing to go the extra mile to support our QMS Team and the ISO 13485 and 9001 certified Quality Management System (QMS) at CDP. 
 
We are a leading technology and product development consultancy developing state of the art new products for commercial clients. Working here you will gain insights into new products and technologies within the Consumer, Healthcare, and Industrial sectors before they are launched in the market. 
 
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the continual improvement of the ISO 13485 and 9001 certified Quality Management System (QMS)
  • General maintenance and monitoring of the eQMS system 
  • Generation of Quality Monthly reports
  • Supplier management, including responding to new supplier approval requests, maintenance of the supplier records and responsibility for managing supplier non-conformances to completion
  • Management of the company standards library, including checking and approving new requests
  • Support for the administration of equipment calibration and maintenance records
  • Support for the administration of non-conformances
  • Provide support for document updates including template changes, general proof-reading, reference checks, etc
  • Become an expert in the eQMS package and provide administration support
As the role develops, or dependent on experience:
  • Providing Quality support to Projects to ensure compliance to the required standards and processes
About You
  • Experience of working in a ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 compliant environment
  • An understanding of document control requirements
  • Use of an eQMS system such as Q-Pulse
  • Proactive with good initiative
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Problem solver, able to take on additional responsibilities when they are available
  • Excellent organisational skills, used to multi-tasking and able to prioritise and juggle new tasks as they arise
  • Routine administration experience including; filing documentation, updating spreadsheets and logs, minute taking
  • Computer literate with intermediate-advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Able to become an expert in new software packages with minimal support
