About The Role

As Head of People Experience you will be responsible for developing and delivering this vision and setting the company wide HR strategy in our rapidly growing people centric business. You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, goal attainment and organisational growth. You will work closely with the Partners and will be a key member of the leadership team.    
 
  • Lead, develop and coach our team of HR professionals  
  • Implement the company HR vision across all aspects of employee engagement including Recruitment, HR and Learning and development
  • Implement and roll out HR strategies and systems
  • Lead, support and advise across the full spectrum of employee relations and employment law
  • Develop HR financial strategies with responsibility for the HR budget and KPI's
  • Keep abreast of latest HR law and best practice to advise management and ensure continuous improvement 
  • Attend the monthly management meetings to discuss key HR topics and future company programs
  • Consult and coach Partners in the business to ensure appropriate practices, culture and inclusion strategies
About You
You will need to demonstrate the following:
  • Ability to influence, collaborate, support and challenge key stakeholders 
  • Motivated, ability to work autonomously and drive projects forwards 
  • Articulate and strong communicator, comfortable advising and challenging senior colleagues  
  • Creative and innovative to help create a culture that fits modern ways of working 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Knowledge of MS Tools, and other software packages 
  • Experience of implementing HR systems 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective and trusted relationships at all levels
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment 
Experience required:
  • CIPD Level 7, and ideally degree educated 
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a HR leadership role in a fast-paced organisation 
  • Knowledge of UK labour laws and recruiting compliance (EEO, AFLs, OFCCP, AAP). Knowledge of US employment law, secondments and visas is highly desirable
