About The Role
Working closely with our research, design and technology business leaders, your objective is to manage client relationships, often working with a handful of clients across multiple projects. This is a key position for us in which you will nurture the relationships we have developed and to grow the account by identifying future opportunities with other contacts and departments within the client company. 

Your role will be to understand our client’s perspective and motivations in order to ensure that our proposals and delivered work meets those needs. Coming from a technical background, ideally within product development, you will have good working knowledge of how technical projects are delivered and the ability to explain how our capabilities can be harnessed to deliver these work packages.
  • Troubleshoot high volume manufacturing processes in the pharma and medical industries using rigorous root cause analysis and scientific methods.
  • Develop our liquid sprays and powder delivery capabilities for respiratory devices and manufacturing processes.
  • Lead large project teams and also manage the client relationship.
  • Introduce new prospects to CDP who value your capabilities in pharma and medical

About You
  • Able to demonstrate extensive experience of working with multinational consumer and/or healthcare companies.
  • An expert in developing and managing new and existing client relationships.
  • Personal drive and experience to work both independently and with other business leaders, demonstrating a high level of emotional intelligence and empathy to fully understand what our client needs.
  • First degree in Engineering or Science discipline, 2:1 or above.
  • Higher degree or experience in a commercial field would be an advantage.
  • Project management and team leadership is required.
  • Inspirational presentation and reporting, and an effective verbal and written communicator.
  • Understanding of the new product development process.
  • Able to work as part of a rapidly growing team to aggressive timescales and with strict attention to quality.
  • Experience of taking products to market within the Healthcare and FMCG sectors.
