About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Management system administrator & sales support to take ownership of our Workbooks CRM system, develop it further, and to lead training and its effective use within the organisation. This is a broad and varied role working closely with our operations manager, business development team, and all users of this important focal point in the business. You will be our ‘CRM guru’, responsible for all aspects of our CRM system:
  • With our CRM supplier, develop the configuration to tailor it to our needs, increase effectiveness, streamline its use, and drive user adoption to get the best value from the system
  • Create custom task lists, reports and dashboards for regular use by key stakeholders
  • Cleansing data on our CRM system
  • Create process guides and training materials to train all users in the best use of the CRM for their needs, assisting with use and day to day troubleshooting.
  • Import data from conferences and sales trips
  • Administrate licenses and permissions
In addition, you’ll be a key member of our sales team, helping our business developers and consultants with tasks such as; schedule meetings with prospects and clients, assist with follow ups after conferences, create performance reports for our business developers. We will provide extensive training on all aspects of our Workbooks CRM system.
About You
  • Extensive experience as system administrator of CRM databases, including all aspects of import/export, and regular report and dashboards creation and customisation
  • Preferably direct experience of the Workbooks CRM system
  • IT-savvy with experience of advanced Excel spreadsheets using pivot tables, VBA / macros
  • Previous experience of delivering training of a CRM system
  • High attention to detail and level of accuracy
  • Organised and efficient, with a desire to help colleagues and clients
  • An outgoing personality, enjoying working well within a lively team in a fast-paced professional environment
